Wonderful Wicking Tanks

This is a hands-on workshop for the entire family. Participants will learn how to build wicking tanks that include a mini-aquifer feature that will keep plants nourished while reducing water waste. Wicking tanks require less frequent watering which is great for our hot South Texas climate. The consistent moisture is less stressful for plants’ roots, and they are perfect for raised beds or patios.

Fee: $5. Advance registration required.
